Bring whatever you need to make yourself comfortable- yoga mats, chairs, pillows, blankets, etc. Also bring with you whatever you need cleansed- crystals, cards, water, etc.
If you’ve never done a sound mediation before- no worries, we’re just going to relax and let the music clear out anything that’s no longer serving us.
