Trace started reading cards in 2015, a practice which quickly evolved into Intuitive Holistix. Soon after she discovered her knack for oracle cards, she started to pursue holistic healing techniques. She received her sound alchemist practitioner training and certification in Sonic Life Force: Attuning to New Frequencies in 2018 and attained her Reiki Master certification in 2023.

Trace has been doing shadow work for herself and holding space for others for years. She removes the dead and stagnant energies within and transmutes them for our highest joy, highest love, and highest healing.
